Organizations registering three or more participants will be recognized as an Institutional Delegation and receive coordinated registration support.

Hospitals, health systems, community health centers, public health agencies, health-focused nonprofits and other organizations registering three or more participants will be recognized as an Institutional Delegation.

Tell Us Who Will Be Attending

Your registration includes access to the Health Grants Conference portal. If you are purchasing on behalf of another participant or coordinating a delegation, contact Grant Central USA to provide attendee information and coordinate access.

You will be asked to provide each participant's name, email address, job title or role, institution or organization, department or division (if applicable), city and state, and any applicable dietary or accessibility accommodations.

If you purchase multiple registrations but do not yet know the names of every participant, you may complete your purchase and provide the remaining attendee information afterward.

Each registration purchased must ultimately be assigned to an individual conference participant.

The individual completing this checkout may be the conference participant, an institutional representative purchasing on behalf of others, or the primary contact coordinating an Institutional Delegation.

REGISTRATION RATES

Advance Registration — $1,997 per participant
Available through August 23, 2027. Save $1,000 with coupon HGC-2028-ADV.

Early Registration — $2,497 per participant
August 24, 2027 – November 23, 2027. Save $500 with coupon HGC-2028-EARLY.

Standard Registration — $2,997 per participant
November 24, 2027 – February 23, 2028.
